A full body māliśa (massage) performed with locally resourced herbs infused with ayurvedic oil to boost your energy. It is recommended for those who suffer from body aches, chronic stiffness and other conditions that cause discomfort or pain.
Let the tension in your body melt away by aromatic oils and caring hands soothe your body and calm your mind. By combining various essential oils, a range of relaxation techniques and slow rhythmic movements. It enhances relaxation and promotes a sense of well-being and tranquility within.
Heated basalt stones and herbal infused oils are pressed gently yet firmly into your muscles. This massage penetrates the heat deeply into the muscles to release deep tension and stress that has accumulated over the period of time.
Swedish massage is beneficial for improving micro-circulation, decrease toxins that have built up in muscles and improve flexibility while easing muscle tension. The treatment consists of a combination of five massage techniques for deep relaxation.

Gahan Utak Māliśa (Deep Tissue Massage) is a therapetic technique that involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layer of muscles and connective tissue. It aims to alleviate chronic tension, discomfort and muscles stiffness by breaking up adhesion and promoting better blood circulation.
It is inherited from The Newars (one of the oldest ethnic groups of Nepal). The māliśa involves; traditionally derived steps which are then scientifically developed to focus on the Marma Points of the body.
Chatur: Hasta Māliśa (Four Hand Massage) also known as duo massage involves two therapists working simultaneously on a single client. The therapists use synchronized or coordinated movements while massaging, which can be quite relaxing and rejuvenating. Four hand massage is believed to have a number of benefits including balancing two hemispheres of the brain and promoting deep relaxation.
